RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Thank you for shopping at Golden Caviar Skin Care.

If for some reason you are not happy with the product you have purchased, you do have 14 calendar days to return the item/s from the date you received it for a full refund with the office or online you purchased from.

 To be eligible for a return and a full refund , the item must be unused and in the original packaging and in the same condition you purchased it, or if you have shown any signs of allergy, you may submit a doctor’s note stating you have had allergic reaction to this item.​ If the item has been unwrapped or used, we do deduct a 10% restocking fee of each item.

If we feel that the item/s have been tampered with or have been used beyond a 14 day period, we do have the right not to accept the return item for a refund.

Your item needs to have a receipt or a proof of purchase.

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item.  We will then notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or the original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.​
